CIL promotes four members to (associate) director positions
CIL Management Consultants has promoted four team members to Director and Associate Director positions.
The promotion sees Leah Daniel and Luke Rowell step up to Director (the level below Partner at CIL), and Charlotte Lamnea and James Fothergill promoted to Associate Director.

Leah Daniel has been with CIL for nearly a decade and is a member of the Consumer practice. She advises businesses and investors in the consumer sector – with coverage of consumer products, ecommerce, and the wider leisure and hospitality space. She specialises in growth strategy, mergers & acquisitions (focus on due diligence), and value creation.
Luke Rowell has been with the consulting firm for over nine years and is a member of the Media practice, building on his experience in marketing communications, print and digital publishing, business media and data-driven marketing solutions. He focuses mainly on private equity clients, advising mid-market private equity funds on both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and in portfolio company strategy development.
Charlotte Lamnea is a member of the Technology practice. Since joining CIL in 2017 (she previously worked for Pragma Consulting and Tesco), she has helped numerous high growth businesses in the technology sector with management consulting services throughout their investment lifecycle.
Having been based in London for the past five years, Lamnea has per this month been seconded to CIL’s Chicago office to help build the firm’s American technology sector presence.
James Fothergill is a member of the Advanced Analytics practice – he has over the past years played a pivotal role in developing the practice and its services. Fothergill joined CIL seven years ago after completing his PhD research at the University of Bristol. His focus lies on data strategy, location and customer analytics and management information for a range of analytics use cases.
Earlier this year, CIL Management Consultants made three senior promotions, admitting James de La Salle and James Silk to the partnership, and appointing Simon Mocatta as Associate Director.
