“Paul’s experience and track record significantly boost our capabilities,” comments Derek Toone, Managing Director and Global Practice Lead for IPA Advisory Services. “The market is rapidly moving beyond expressing interest in IPA as a concept and is increasingly pursuing real-world initiatives. Paul represents a critical addition in terms of our ability to deliver the results our clients are demanding.”
Donaldson adds: “Cognitive computing and robotic automation have the proven capability to positively transform business processes. While the potential benefits are enormous, the challenges are significant and include assessing alternatives, planning initiatives, deploying systems and measuring results. I’m excited to join the global Alsbridge team and look forward to advising our customers on how they can best leverage this technology.”
* Besides the launch of its Intelligent Process Automation service line in 2014, the company also recently launched a dedicated Robotic Process Practice.
