Donaldson has taken on the role of Director and UK Practice Lead for Alsbridge UK’s newly launched Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) practice.* Donaldson’s experience developed through the successful implementation of IPA deployment at Xchanging, where the virtual workforce now supports various business lines including, BPS, Procurement, F&A and Financial Services, will be leveraged to further the ends of the firm’s 2014 launched IPA service line.

Paul represents a critical addition in terms of our ability to deliver the results our clients are demanding.”

I’m excited to join the global Alsbridge team and look forward to advising our customers on how they can best leverage this technology.”

* Besides the launch of its Intelligent Process Automation service line in 2014, the company also recently launched a dedicated Robotic Process Practice.
