James Alexander joins Enfuse Group as principal consultant
Enfuse Group has appointed a new principal consultant within its higher education practice. James Alexander brings over a decade of experience leading major change and transformation programmes across banking, legal, and higher education sectors.
Most recently, Alexander has specialised in supporting universities to modernise operating models, improve financial sustainability, and deliver large-scale professional-services transformation. Drawing on that, he will play a pivotal role in strengthening Enfuse’s higher education capability and collaborating clients to navigate complex transformation journeys and deliver sustainable value in a challenging sector environment.
He remarked of his move, “I’m thrilled to be joining Enfuse Group at such an exciting stage in its growth. The firm’s focus on practical delivery and genuine client partnership resonates strongly with me, and I look forward to supporting universities as they adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.”
Looking ahead, Alexander will focus on ensuring delivery excellence and expanding Enfuse’s impact across the university landscape. Working alongside director of higher education and public sector, Jeremy Pauls. Pauls arrived at Enfuse this year himself, bringing 20 years of experience to its public sector services line.
