Abbe Bigelow takes CFO-COO dual role at Enfuse Group

Abbe Bigelow has been selected as the new chief operating and chief financial officer of Enfuse Group. She has held senior leadership roles in finance and operations across global consultancies and digital product studios.

On the appointment, Graeme Curwen, CEO of Enfuse Group, said, “We’re so excited to have Abbe joining us as our chief financial officer and chief operational officer. She’s bringing a broad range of experience and a really grounded, people-first approach, which will be a huge support to our leadership team as we move into our next phase of growth.”

Enfuse Group is a digital transformation consultancy, working to help clients get the most of people and technology to innovate, and digitally disrupt their marketplaces. Bigelow brings more than 15 years of experience in professional services and innovation work to the firm.

Most recently, as CFO/COO and board director at ustwo, she led the company’s transition from founder ownership to majority employee ownership, a milestone reflecting her belief in sustainable, people-centred growth. Before that, Bigelow was global commercial finance and operations director at ?What If! Innovation, where she played a key role in preparing the company for its acquisition by Accenture. She began her career at PwC in the US, specialising in audit for multinational corporations.
