Nina Stanley promoted to director at Enfuse Group

Enfuse Group has announced the promotion of a new director. Nina Stanley takes on the role in the firm’s transport and travel wing.
Over the last year, a study from Source Global Research suggested that the UK consulting industry had actually entered negative growth for the first time since 2020. Amid that, a number of large consultancies have announced hiring freezes and layoffs. But at Enfuse Group, the consultancy was found to be among the 14 fastest-growing advisory firms in the UK, and recently announced it was hiring.
Earlier in the year, that saw Jeremy Pauls join the firm as a director, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the firm. But the consultancy has also been strengthening from within – and rewarding its top talent with promotions.
The latest of these is Nina Stanley, who has spent the last two years at Enfuse Group leading large scale programmes within the travel and transport sector. She joined in 2023 as a principal. As a director, she will continue to bring her prior cross industry experience to support Enfuse Group clients during their transformation efforts.
On her promotion, Stanley commented, “I am so excited to join the Enfuse Director group, leading our Travel and Transport sector. Having spent the last 2 years with Enfuse, I know how passionately the team delivers for their clients and each other. I am pleased to be able to take the next step in my career with this organisation and developing new propositions to help our clients deliver faster and stronger results.”
Enfuse Group is a transformation consultancy and a transformation partner for digitally ambitious organisations. The firm provides relevant expertise, creativity, candour, and a human approach to help clients get ahead and bring their vision to life.
Co-founder Graeme Curwen added, “I am delighted for Nina and incredibly proud to see her step into this new role. She truly embodies the values we stand for at Enfuse. Her commitment to delivering real impact for clients, while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture, makes her an exceptional leader. I’m excited to see how she shapes the future of our travel and transport offering as a director.”
