Enfuse Group welcomes Jeremy Pauls as director
Jeremy Pauls has joined Enfuse Group as a director. He brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm.

Pauls brings over 20 years of experience of working with organisations in the public and private sectors, in recent years working closely with and supporting leaders across the UK & Ireland within higher education, charitable sectors. The last five years of that career have been spent building a start-up consulting business into an established firm. Earlier, he also spent time at Protiviti, where he was vice president for government services and public sector services.
Bringing experience of helping clients craft and align their planning and strategic goals to operational practice, his move to Enfuse Group is reflective of the ambition of the firm’s efforts to solidify its position in the consulting services and technology market. He also brings with him a working knowledge of common Tier 1 and 2 technologies, as well as emerging solutions such as Workday.
On his appointment, Pauls added, “I am thrilled to join the Team at Enfuse. The owners Harry and Graeme are real life advocates of ‘great culture, great results’ which I personally think in this market makes all the difference. There is a huge opportunity to help various organisations out there, including Universities, to ‘be better’. I genuinely believe that often the answers to the challenges we all face are not always obvious and sometimes people need a little help along the way, that’s what we’re all about.”
Enfuse Group is a digital transformation consultancy, working to help clients get the most of people and technology to innovate, and digitally disrupt their marketplaces. Recently, this has included De Monfort University, where the firm has helped to embed new software in the university, to evaluate and improve key HR processes.
