Technology firm de Novo Solutions and business transformation consultancy Embridge Consulting have agreed a new partnership. The combined offering will see the firms work to drive transformation for local government.

Local government has found itself at the heart of numerous societal changes in the past decade. Councils are having to work hard to minimise their carbon emissions, as part of the country’s drive to net zero. At the same time, research from PwC has outlined how social care provision threatens to become an increasing burden on local authorities, with adult social care, children’s services, education and environment and regulation accounted for 78% of all council spending. This could rise to 79% by 2030, and even hit 85% for some county councils.

Amid this, recognising the importance of equipping organisations and their staff with the right digital tools to execute public tasks has never been more important. To that end, a new collaboration between Embridge Consulting and de Novo Solutions aims to empower public sector clients to embark on transformation journeys with confidence – enabling them to thrive in the digital era by ensuring they are fully prepared to maximise the opportunities presented by Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow.
