Embridge Consulting launches its transformation framework ‘Elastic Change’
As it looks to support clients with complex changes, Embridge Consulting has established its new Elastic Change methodology as a registered trademark. The firm says this illustrates the distinctive nature of the model, and underwrites how it can help transformation “scale and last”.
Founded by Emma O’Brien in 1999, Embridge Consulting is a specialist in ERP and organisational change across the public and private sectors, dealing with clients in over 130 countries. The firm is underpinned by its own proprietary technologies and methodologies – including its unique Business Transformation as a Service (BTaaS) model and managed integrations platform, LEO.
Earlier in 2026, the firm announced it was looking to redefine its approach to change, centring on an emotionally intelligent ‘elastic’ methodology. According to a release from the firm, this approach aims to help business transformation adapt, stick and scale for organisations across the UK.
Now, the technology and business transformation consultancy has formalised ‘Elastic Change’, as what it calls a “distinctive model for helping organisations deliver transformation that can adapt, scale and last.”
The model has now been registered as a trademark by the UK Intellectual Property Office, marking an important step in establishing Elastic Change as a recognised and protected Embridge methodology. Combining people expertise with proven software solutions – across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial planning and analysis, HR, recruitment, and wider operational systems – Embridge Consulting says the mode of operating contains unique and essential methods to help “complex organisations turn ambitious change into lasting progress.”
Speaking about the registration, Emma O’Brien, founder and CEO of Embridge Consulting, said, “Elastic Change brings together everything we’ve learned from more than 15 years of delivering complex transformation.
