Humatica named top employer by Great Place to Work
European management consultancy Humatica has been certified a Great Place To Work. The accreditation from Great Place To Work Institute marks out the firm as a firm with consistently positive employee satisfaction.
For more than four decades, the Great Place To Work Institute has been polling employees on the practices of employers. Thousands of organisations are included in the institute’s assessments, with input from staff collected to reveal best practice employment practices among businesses around the world. As well as creating annual lists of top workplaces across a number of fields, the institute also uses that feedback to mark out top employers around the world.
After the latest round of evaluations from Great Place To Work, operation change consultancy Humatica has become one of the latest firms to receive certification as a leading workplace. Based on validated employee feedback gathered by Great Place to Work, at least 65% of Humatica’s employees have a consistently positive experience at the firm.
Great Place to Work UK’s Managing Director Benedict Gautrey said, “We congratulate Humatica on achieving their certification. Organisations which put employee experience at the heart of their business gain their employees’ trust and, in turn, are truly able to build a great workplace culture that delivers outstanding business results.”
2023 marks Humatica’s 20th anniversary, since it was founded in Zurich. In the time since, it has expanded to offices in London, Munich and Singapore, and worked with clients to complete hundreds of organisational effectiveness projects, including nearly 200 portfolio companies and more than 40 private equity funds. According to a release from the firm, its certification as a Great Place To Work reflects its “consistent working practices” which have been essential to achieving those results.
Humatica founder and Managing Partner Andros Payne noted, “We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work-certified. It’s crucial for our business success that team members have a positive experience with their colleagues, leadership and work. Satisfied employees are the foundation for good collaboration, high engagement and outstanding customer experience.”
Earlier in the year, Humatica also bagged three awards for its work in the private equity sector. The firm was named Specialist Adviser of the Year by RealDeals; picked up the People & Organisational Strategy prize from Actum Group, and was named a Top Consulting Firm in Private Equity in Consultancy.uk’s 2023 industry rankings.
