Humatica wins award for due diligence solution
Professional services firm Humatica has been recognised by Private Equity Wire for its due diligence solution. Humatica’s triumph at the Private Equity Wire European Awards saw the firm’s offering labelled the best organisational due diligence solution of 2024.
Founded in 2003, Humatica was initially launched in Zurich. In the time since, it has expanded to offices in London, Munich and Singapore, and worked with clients to complete hundreds of organisational effectiveness projects, including nearly 200 portfolio companies and more than 40 private equity funds.
Last year, Humatica also bagged three awards for its work in the private equity sector. The firm was named Specialist Adviser of the Year by RealDeals; picked up the People & Organisational Strategy prize from Actum Group, and was named a Top Consulting Firm in Private Equity in Consultancy.uk’s 2023 industry rankings. Now, Humatica has looked to keep that impressive form up, by scooping another slice of international recognition.

Each year, its Private Equity Wire European Awards recognise excellence among private equity fund managers and service providers in Europe across a wide range of categories – and in its latest edition, the organisation has lauded Humatica for its due diligence work.
The firm was selected from a list of finalist advisors, via a poll of Private Equity Wire’s userbase – picking up the prize for best organisational due diligence solution. According to a release from the firm celebrating its victory, Humatica noted that “organisational due diligence has become more sophisticated in the last few years”, and that with “rising transaction multiples, the margin of error in identifying organisational bottlenecks that could delay implementation of the full potential plan has decreased”.
Humatica winning the prize reflects how it “has set the standard for rigorous and holistic organisational due diligence that pragmatically assesses all drivers of organisational effectiveness in the context of the value creation plan.”
