Humatica promotes three consultants in its London office

Humatica, a boutique management consultancy to the private equity sector, has promoted three of its company members in London to the next level.

Both Ataif Khan-Edmundson and Louis de Guyenro have been promoted to Senior Consultant, while Miles Sankey has been elevated to Senior Analyst.

Commenting on the appointments, Andros Payne, Managing Partner at Humatica, said: “They have proven their competence by adding pragmatic value for the successful transformation of our client’s organisations. Ataif Khan-Edmundson joined the consulting firm in September 2019 as a Business Analyst, and has since worked on projects across several corners of the world, including the US, Germany, UK and the Netherlands.

“The vast exposure to different companies and industries around the world has given me numerous, exciting challenges over the last few years at Humatica. The company prides itself on the development of its employees and this is exemplified by a team of strong and dedicated colleagues that are a pleasure to work alongside. I look forward to the new opportunities as a more senior member of the team,” said Khan-Edmundson.

Louis de Guyenro originally joined the firm in September 2019 as a Business Analyst Intern, and then stayed on board to kickstart his career at Humatica. Reflecting on his time, De Guyenro said: “From Intern to now Senior Consultant – Humatica has always given me a sense of purpose, both in advising our clients and contributing to building up our firm and our products.”

Miles Sankey joined the consulting firm as a Business Analyst Intern in 2021 and has since worked on multiple international projects. “I am grateful for the exciting opportunities I have had with Humatica at this early stage in my career working with a variety of interesting companies to help them improve their organisational effectiveness. I look forward to continuing this journey further with my many inspiring colleagues.”

Founded in 2003, Humatica specialises in helping financial sponsors with organisational due diligence in the deal phase, and in the post-deal phase with value creation and embedding change. Since its inception, the consultancy has worked with hundreds of portfolio companies from its offices in London, Zurich and Singapore.
