Craig Abrahams joins healthcare practice of CIL

Craig Abrahams has been appointed Associate Director in CIL Management Consultants’ healthcare wing. The move support CIL’s growth in the sector, as it aims to strengthen its position as a market leader.

In the last 12 months, CIL worked with many leading healthcare private equity investors and businesses, supporting them on mandates across healthcare, social care and life sciences. As it looks to build on that growth in 2022, it has committed to investing in a series of appointments and promotions in its healthcare service line.

The latest such development has seen CIL’s healthcare practice bolstered by the appointment of Craig Abrahams as Associate Director. He brings almost two decades of health sector and consulting experience to the firm.

Abrahams joins CIL from Welbeck Health Partners, where he worked as Commercial Director. Earlier in his career, he also worked for Bupa's Health Insurance business, and spent two years as a Senior Associate in Operations Consulting with Big Four firm PwC.

The news follows CIL’s announcement earlier in the year that James Silk would join the firm’s partnership. Also based in its healthcare practice, and specialising in deals-support, Silk recently led buy side corporate due diligence on Frontier Medical for Agilitas Private Equity, and sell-side due diligence engagements for Medequip and AJM Healthcare.
