Moorehouse appoints four new directors
Management consultancy Moorhouse has installed a quartet of directors in its UK team. James Neill has been appointed Delivery Director and Saleem Ahmed, Craig Palmer and Rachel Saunders join as Client Directors.
Moorhouse is a transformation consultancy which works to deliver complex transformational projects. Since its purchase by Expleo Group in 2018, the firm has been looking to ramp up its operations in the UK. The latest chapter of this expansion has seen four new directors join the firm. Having seen 20% year-on-year growth for the past few years, the incoming senior hires form a key part of the company’s strategy to sustain its strong upward trajectory.
James Neill steps into the newly created position of Delivery Director and will have a key role in building the scope and growth of the Moorhouse delivery team and also drive the end-to-end transformation journey. Neill brings over 25 years of experience creating and leading transformational delivery, as both a client and supplier within the financial services and government sectors. He will put this experience to use by taking a lead role for clients like HMRC.
Rachel Saunders meanwhile arrives as a Client Director to jointly lead the financial services specialism alongside Moorhouse Partner, Sandra Di Vito. Previously at KPMG for 17 years, most recently as Director, Programme Assurance, she brings a wealth of experience in technical transformation management, programme assurance and leading cross-functional teams.
Craig Palmer also takes on a role as Client Director, overseeing the firm’s data and analytics division, primarily working across the public sector. He is an experienced data and analytics specialist with experience in pharmaceutical, consumer and government sectors. He previously spent eight years with Deloitte, where he was an Associate Director, and also worked at Capgemini earlier in his career.
Saleem Ahmed returns to Moorhouse as Client Director to lead and develop the delivery excellence service line. As part of the consultancy’s investment into its delivery and performance capability, he will incorporate the company’s portfolio management, programme leadership, programme assurance and PMO market propositions. Prior to taking on his new position at Moorhouse, Ahmed headed up the group projects portfolio for IQ-EQ, the world’s fourth largest investor services firm.
Moorhouse’s recently appointed Managing Partner, Richard Brackstone, commented, “These appointments are fantastic additions to our team at what is a really exciting time to be joining Moorhouse. As we continue our journey to building a different kind of consultancy, it is their expertise and our collaborative culture that will play an integral part in continuing to deliver innovative and pragmatic ‘Change’ that delivers our clients’ strategy.”
