Moorhouse promotes Liz Smith and Tom Matthews-Finn
Consulting firm Moorhouse has promoted Liz Smith and Tom Matthews-Finn to Principal level.
Since joining Moorhouse eight years ago, Liz Smith has progressed from a Consultant to a now a Principal within the firm’s Strategy and Customer Service Line. Throughout this time she has worked with a wide range of clients, bringing their strategic ambitions to life and developing customer-centric operating models.
Among her notable projects are: helping an investment bank with professionalising its client onboarding regulatory processes, supporting the design and implementation of new processes for EMIR regulations, and with the roll-out of a new operating model. Smith also was the lead consultant for a complex transformation initiative aimed at rationalising the IT estate and business processes of a global financial institution.
With Moorhouse, Smith is regarded as an accomplished project and programme management consultant who combines delivery knowledge with significant expertise in business and cultural change enablement methodologies and principles.
Since joining Moorhouse in 2018 as a Manager, Tom Matthews-Finnhas built his Moorhouse career as a key member of the Technology, Media and Telecoms leadership team where he has worked with a number of clients across the sector. He specialises in programme and project management, performance improvement, technology delivery and change management.
Prior to Moorhouse, Matthews-Finn spent four years working on a number of complex transformation programmes within EY’s Advisory practice. During this time, he worked across a variety of industries including telecommunications, retail and consumer products, energy and financial services. His time at EY was primarily focused on the ‘Programme Management’ competency, with a focus on tech-enable programmes.
Prior to that, Matthews-Finn picked up a number of project management roles within Accenture’s management consulting practice, where he focused on the design, setup, implementation and management of programmes using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Alongside his client work, Matthews-Fin plays a role in Moorhouse’s Business Development team.
Founded in 2004, Moorhouse has a team of around 200 consultants. The firm is based in London.
