Moorhouse promotes Dave Harper and Matt Coghlan to director roles
As the firm prepares for a busy 2024, Moorhouse has promoted two new directors to its UK team. Dave Harper and Matt Coghlan will now help to grow the firm’s performance improvement and financial services wings respectively.
Established in 2004, Moorhouse is a transformation consultancy, and certified B Corp, which works to deliver complex transformational projects. Since its purchase by Expleo Group (formerly Software Quality Systems) in 2018, the firm has been looking to ramp up its operations in the UK with a number of senior hires.
Dave Harper first joined Moorhouse in September 2021, and has since been instrumental in creating and developing its performance improvement team – which helps clients operate better, faster and more cost effectively. He has been promoted to client director. Prior to joining Moorhouse, Harper was also head of customer experience at Water Plus, and Xoserve.
Commenting on the news via LinkedIn, Harper told more than 400 people who engaged with the post, “I’m happy to share that I’ve been promoted to Client Director at Moorhouse.”
Matt Coghlan also makes the move to client director. Coghlan joined Moorhouse as a manager in 2015, and originally focused on the transport sector. He since pivoted to work in the financial services practice, leading and developing the team and client offering. Before joining Moorhouse, he was part of the Deloitte customer practice where he worked in the Middle East and the US, across multiple sectors. He is also a chartered management consultant, having obtained the qualification in 2021.
Moorhouse Managing Partner, Richard Brackstone, commented, “It is always very rewarding to see our talent coming through Moorhouse into senior leadership roles. Many congratulations to Dave and Matt on their very significant achievement. It has been a privilege for us all to be on the journey with you.”
