Oliver Wyman appoints 11 new partners in its London office
Global strategic consulting firm Oliver Wyman has appointed 11 new partners in its London office, as part of a record global intake.
Effective January 1, 2022, the firm’s UK partner team has been strengthened with: Alison Grigg, Angrez Saran, Christopher Johnstone, Dean Addis, Dean Faulkner, Jessica Clempner, Mike Moylan-Jones, Nikolai Dienerowitz, Robbie Bourke, Rupert Harrison and Samir Javeri.

Founded in the United States in 1984 by former Booz Allen Hamilton partners Alex Oliver and Bill Wyman, Oliver Wyman today has more than 5,000 consultants working from offices in 29 countries. The firm is the management consulting subsidiary of $17 billion company Marsh McLennan, also the parent of risk management advisor Marsh, human resources consultancy Mercer and re(insurance) broker Guy Carpenter.
The London office is Oliver Wyman’s largest office in Europe (the firm has operations in 14 European countries) and is led by David Gillespie, who re-joined the consultancy in 2016 after a senior career in banking and has been in the top role for nearly three years.
In the same promotion round early 2021, Oliver Wyman promoted six to partner, while in 2020, four were admitted into the partnership. Oliver Wyman also has a mid-year partner promotion round, and adds external hires to the partnership throughout the year.
Globally, Oliver Wyman has promoted a total of 62 company members into its partnership (of which 29 are in Europe and 24 in the US), the highest number in the firm’s 37-year history.
