Oliver Wyman appoints six new partners in the UK and Ireland
Global strategy and management consulting firm Oliver Wyman has appointed six new partners in the UK and Ireland.
Martin Sommer
Working at Oliver Wyman since: 2010
Martin Sommer is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Corporate and Institutional Banking practice. He has experience working with leading financial institutions, with a focus on strategy and innovation projects across UK and EMEA. Sommer co-leads Oliver Wyman’s annual Transaction Banking benchmarking platform, which delivers detailed performance metrics to the largest global and regional transaction banks.
Na Zhou

Na Zhou is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Digital, Technology and Analytics Consulting practice. She has many years of experience providing consulting services to the financial services industry and specialises in the development of data science strategies and capabilities. She recently delivered projects at Esure Group and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Rob Robinson

Rob Robinson is the global design lead of Oliver Wyman’s Digital practice. He has over 30 years of design and creative experience across many disciplines of design, specialised in creating products and services that love. He joined Oliver Wyman in 2018 as part of its acquisition of Draw, which combined with Clicked Creative in 2012, a company he founded in 1998.
Rupal Kantaria

Rupal Kantaria is partner at Oliver Wyman Forum, the firm’s arm committed to bringing together business, public policy, and social enterprise leaders to help solve the world’s toughest problems. Earlier in her career at the consultancy, she was a strategic advisor to Oliver Wyman’s Social Impact team and a member of the firm’s Insurance practice. Internally, Kantaria currently co-chairs Oliver Wyman’s women’s network across 30+ offices.
Sean Farrar

Sean Farrar is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Corporate Finance & Advisory practice. He predominantly works for private equity firms in commercial due diligence during transactions and value creation projects post-acquisition, serving private equity groups, sovereign wealth funds and middle market firms. He has delivered projects across developed and developing markets, working for clients in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Toronto, New York, Brazil, Indonesia and Singapore.
Harriet Roberts

Harriet Farrar is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Corporate and Institutional Banking and Corporate Finance and Advisory practices. She specialises in strategic transaction and operational transformation topics in the financial services sector, working across both pre-deal evaluative and post-deal value creation settings.
