Azets appoints Jessica Lawrence as Office Managing Partner for Leeds
Azets, an international accountancy and advisory group, has appointed Jessica Lawrence as Office Managing Partner for Leeds.
A partner in the Audit division, Lawrence takes charge of the firm’s 130-strong office in King Street at the heart of Leeds city centre. “I feel very proud to become managing partner of the Leeds office.”
Lawrence has been with Azets for 17 years, having joined the firm in 2009 as a manager and ascended the ranks. In her client work, she works with a wide range of clients from owner-managed and start-up businesses to large corporate entities and charities.
“When I joined there were just 16 people and now we are up to 130 and have recently moved into a brand new office in the city’s financial district. “I look forward to building on the Leeds office’s growth trajectory and further expanding our reach across this vibrant and diverse city.”

Leeds is one of Azets’ three offices in Yorkshire. The others are in York and Bradford. In total the firm employs 335 people in the county.
Speaking about her ambitions in Leeds, Lawrence highlighted the momentum she sees in the city and region. “Leeds is an economic powerhouse and one of the largest financial centres in England outside of London so we are in an incredibly positive place where so much is happening.”

Established in 2016, Azets is one of the UK’s faster growing accountancy and advisory groups. The firm, which is backed by private equity, has around 7,000 staff working from offices in eight countries.
