Ben Hick named corporate finance associate director at Azets in Yorkshire

Accountancy and business advisory Azets has welcomed a new associate director. Ben Hick is based in Yorkshire, and brings extensive Big Four experience to the corporate finance team.

UK Head of Corporate Finance Lee Humble said, “Ben will further strengthen the expertise and depth of our team so we can continue to provide best in class service. I am confident that he will make a major contribution to another great year ahead as we continue to support clients in multiple industries, across the UK and internationally.”

Hick joins after an exceptional year for the corporate finance team. Through 2025, a number of rankings saw Azets recognised in the North East, Yorkshire and nationally as one of the leading providers of corporate finance advice and support – and Hick will be the “first of many hires” the firm makes this year as it looks to expand the team to fulfil growing demand.

Hick joins Azets’s Leeds office with a decade of experience at PwC and KPMG, in the Big Four firms’ corporate finance wings. There, he worked in advising privately owned and private equity businesses across a variety of sectors including business services, industrials and technology, media and telecoms.
