Evolve Corporate Finance launches new office in Nottingham

As the Midlands continues to attract consulting firms, to support the region’s technology and finance clusters, Evolve Corporate Finance has established a new office in Nottingham. The locale is the firm’s third across the UK.

With offices in London and Birmingham, Evolve Corporate Finance is a national consultancy, providing strategic solutions for owner-managed businesses in their biggest business decisions. Founded in 2022, the firm has since supported clients of all shapes and sizes, including Align-Pilates, Metpro, and Amco.

As Evolve CF looks for build on this momentum, it has launched a new office in Nottingham – its second in the Midlands, and third nationally. In the city centre, the new space is located in the Cubo building in Standard Court, and aims to establish a regional hub to enable the team to work closely with the local business and professional community.

David Neate, partner at Evolve CF, noted, "Opening our Nottingham office marks a pivotal moment in our expansion and growth plans. The East Midlands region has an incredibly strong and vibrant business community. We see a significant opportunity for our team to support the region as it goes from strength to strength, and our investment in our new Nottingham office and team reflects this commitment.”

The investment in the new office premises also represents the latest step in Evolve CF’s growth strategy, as it continues to expand its geographic footprint and corporate finance advisory capabilities. This recently included the appointment of Richard Ellis in a new partner role – and he will now lead and look to build the firm’s Nottingham team.

Ellis concluded, “Opening an office in Nottingham is a really exciting step for Evolve. The city and wider East Midlands region have a strong and well-connected professional community and having a local presence genuinely matters to both advisers and businesses here. I’m looking forward to leading our Nottingham office, building a team on the ground, and working closely with local entrepreneurs and advisers to support ambitious businesses across the region.”

Nottingham has seen a number of key arrivals to its burgeoning consulting sector in recent years. KPMG recently upgraded its M&A practice in the city amid a rush of deal activity. Meanwhile, M&A consultancy Marktlink launched a hub in Nottingham a year before, as did KAM Project Consultants – focused on the industrial, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality markets.
