LeadingMile and LemonEdge support education charity’s networking evening
Alternatives 4 Children will host an event in London in mid-February, to support education initiatives that bring educational opportunity to children in under resourced communities. The event will be supported by consultants from LeadingMile and LemonEdge.
Founded in 2011, Alternatives 4 Children (A4C) is an independent charitable foundation first launched in the Netherlands, with the aim to involve professionals from the Dutch (alternative) investments Industry. A4C supports sustainable projects and raises money for charities involved in improving the living standards of children – a mission which has since expanded to a group of more than 30 global volunteers, coordinating four-to-six fund raising events each year, and currently supporting the education of more than 12,000 children. Projects include organisations in India, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania.
In Britain, this has seen the launch of A4C UK, which partners with local schools and grassroots organisations across Africa and Asia to ensure that children receive not only access to a classroom but also the structure they need to thrive. To support these aims, A4C is hosting an event with the support of professional services firms LeadingMile and LemonEdge.
Taking place on the 11th of February 2026, the networking evening will take place at CACEIS, Broadwalk House, London. It will work to bring together professionals from the alternative investment industry, who are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of children worldwide, and help with A4C’s goals of reaching more children with access to quality education than ever before.
