Quantuma promotes Southampton-based Alyson Richards to director
Quantuma has promoted Southampton-based Alyson Richards to director. The move comes as the firm continues to experience rapid growth in the region.

Quantuma is a consulting and restructuring firm which has grown significantly in recent years, currently hosting 400 staff across its 23 global offices. Launched in 2013, the Southampton office of Quantuma now boasts more than 40 professionals.
Richards becomes director, having spent more than 20 years in the corporate restructuring and personal insolvency sector. In that time, she has advised on a wide range of insolvency procedures, including liquidations, administrations, company and individual voluntary arrangements, and bankruptcies.

A licensed insolvency practitioner based in the firm’s Southampton office, she becomes a director in Quantuma’s restructuring and insolvency team. Her recent work includes leading the orderly wind-down of a high-profile funeral plan provider through administration, successfully rescuing a large trailer manufacturing business and safeguarding more than 50 jobs, and restructuring a healthcare company via a company voluntary arrangement.
