Forvis Mazars to move to larger Paradise office in Birmingham
Global audit and accountancy firm Forvis Mazars has confirmed a move across Birmingham’s Paradise business estate, so its growing office can continue to expand. Currently based at Two Chamberlain Square, Forvis Mazars will double its space by moving into the 22,858 square feet second floor of the city’s most sustainable commercial space.
In recent years, the Birmingham Paradise business complex has become a popular locale for the consulting industry. Big Four firm PwC moved its 2,000 Birmingham staff into a new office at One Chamberlain Square in 2020, while rival EY announced it will shift its presence in the city there by 2026.
Now, Forvis Mazars, which has been at the complex for several years already, is set to refresh its presence there, with a new, larger space at Three Chamberlain Square. Designed by award-winning architects Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBS), Three Chamberlain Square has secured BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5* ratings at design stage – making it one of the UK’s most sustainable and amenity-rich commercial buildings.

Three Chamberlain Square is engineered with game-changing sustainability measures already in place, including the low-carbon terracotta façade with 8,000 bespoke panels and 300 openable windows, all-electric infrastructure, and a SMART building design aimed at maximising occupant wellbeing.

The technology hubs of Birmingham and Manchester also offer much of what London has – but for a fraction of the price when it comes to founding an office. Office fit-outs in Birmingham were recently found to be £1,713 less expensive per square metre, while prices fell by £1,854 in Manchester. And in Edinburgh and Glasgow, fit-outs were almost £2,000 cheaper.
