CIL Management Consultants has selected two professionals for senior appointments across its London office. David Hunt and Megan Savage Shaw become directors in advanced analytics and education and training.
Founded in 1986, CIL Management Consultants (CIL) is an independent international management consultancy with offices in the US, Europe, and the UK. The firm has has extensive experience helping businesses to identify and prioritise their opportunities for growth from offices on both sides of the Atlantic.
To help boost its capabilities amid rising demand, CIL has made a series of promotions. In particular, its London wing is enjoying growth across its key areas of expertise in advanced analytics and training – helping clients and management teams across a range of sectors.
David Hunt has become a director in CIL’s advanced analytics practice, to that end. The wing has enjoyed rapid growth since its launch in 2021 as value creation becomes an increasingly important part of CIL’s toolkit – during which time Hunt has played a vital role in developing the product set and client relationships.
Hunt joined CIL as an associate director in 2021, with a wealth of experience across data strategy, management information and reporting, and analytics consulting. He arrived from data and analytics firm JMAN, where he spent the previous eight years, and was a senior manager.
Megan Savage Shaw has also been promoted to director in London, within CIL’s education and training practice, following several years of specialisation and focus on the sector. Looking ahead, she will take responsibility for building lasting client and corporate finance house relationships, securing a number of high-profile projects including Bud Systems and Eden Training Solutions.
Savage Shaw joined CIL in 2013, as an analyst. She had previously worked in international client support with UBS in its Global Asset Management division.
Commenting via a LinkedIn post, with more than 200 engagements from colleagues and well-wishers, Savage Shaw said, “I’m happy to share that I’ve been promoted to director at CIL Management Consultants!”
The news also saw Rebecca Pigula promoted to partner in CIL’s Chicago office. The elevation recognises her pivotal role in building CIL’s US presence, with Pigula having spearheaded the launch of the office in Illinois in 2018 – helping to growing the team which now comprises 30 people.
Commenting on the promotions, Jon Whiteman, Managing Partner at CIL, added, “The promotions announced today are highly deserved and a testament to CIL’s ability to grow and develop talent. It is great to see the energy and entrepreneurial spirit across the business as it continues to grow and build its international presence.”
