The new partner joins the firm, which has over 500 employees in the UK and 6,500 colleagues worldwide, from Halma, where she was EMEA director of one of the company’s business units responsible for profit & loss, business development and transformational change. Before that, Van Oerle was a managing director at Capita, and held several other senior leadership positions in companies including Arqiva, Atos, CGI and Siemens.

“Kirstie brings a wealth of experience managing complex large-scale digital transformation initiatives,” said Richard Davies, UK Country Managing Partner at Netcompany.

“She is renowned for cutting through the noise, prioritising areas that need attention, and engaging stakeholders to rapidly accelerate programmes to deliver great business outcomes. I am delighted to welcome her to the team and look forward to working closely with her as we continue to grow Netcompany’s position as Britain’s leading digital challenger.”

Founded in 2000 in Denmark (where the firm still is headquartered), Netcompany is an IT services company that provides end-to-end services from consultancy and build to maintenance and operations. In the UK, the firm saw its brand reputation grow considerably after it was selected ahead of major players to support the deployment of the Covid-19 passport apps in England and Scotland during the pandemic.

“Digital solutions are central to driving the efficiencies needed to compete in this current volatile world, and Netcompany has an exceptionally strong pedigree of delivering them. I’m looking forward to collaborating with Netcompany’s talented delivery team to make this a reality for our clients,” said Van Oerle.
