Develop Consulting CEO Steve Boam remarked, “We are delighted to welcome Simon and Gary to the team which is growing in strength, reputation and skillset daily. Orton said of his new challenge, “I have been involved in many process improvement projects over the years, both on a cost saving and better ways of working (new systems), along with creating training packages accordingly. Delivering training packages and watching people grow on the shop floor to become stronger team members is very rewarding for me, and I am looking forward to working with Simon and the team.”
