CIL promotes Mike Hallett to Associate Director

CIL Management Consultants has announced the promotion of Mike Hallett to Associate Director. The move comes as the firm elevates a number of its client-facing staff in the UK to reward their hard work.

Founded in 1986, CIL Management Consultants is an international advisory firm with offices across the US and Europe. Typical engagements for the consultancy involve extensive primary research, competitor assessment and evaluation of business performance. 2021 has seen this line of work experience rapid growth, with CIL having experienced an almost 40% year-on-year rise in its number of engagements served.

As the firm looks to commend its hardworking employees, while building its capacity for expert responses to client demand, it has announced 22 promotions across its hubs in the UK and US. The latest of these sees Mike Hallett named Associate Director within CIL’s technology practice.

Hallett joined the firm in 2014, and has since demonstrated deep expertise across the technology sector. Recent clients included managed and cloud service providers, software vendors, digital transformation consultancies, retail tech providers, contact centre providers, internet service providers, security vendors and data centre operators.

Commenting on the promotion, Giles Johnson, CIL’s Managing Partner said, “Mike has established himself as a truly credible expert in the technology sector and has worked for some of the leading businesses in the space. His promotion is recognition of the contribution he has made to the growth of the practice.”

CIL’s technology practice helps management teams and investors identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and drive efficiency, scale, and defend market share. The arm of the firm has been increasingly popular with clients. Hallett’s promotion further reflects the growth of the practice, as it follows the promotion of Anthony Crutchett to Director in the technology practice in April.
