Consumer health expert Francine Nieto has been added to Chaucer’s Life Sciences team. Nieto arrives in response to the increasing demand from consumer health companies for Chaucer’s advisory services.

Joining as Consumer Health Consulting Lead, Francine Nieto said, “I am delighted to join Chaucer at a time of rapid growth in our Consumer Health division. This growth is testament to the quality of our people and methodologies to create meaningful value throughout our clients’ digital transformation journey. I am looking forward to working with the team to provide continued support and value to our consumer health clients.”

For more than three decades, consulting firm Chaucer has been providing digital transformation consulting services to clients in the public sector, as well as the pharmaceutical, energy, and finance industries. During the past 20 years, the firm has also become a trusted advisor in the life sciences sector, offering services in a variety of innovative and transformative programmes.

Nieto brings with her over 25 years of experience in the consumer healthcare industry, having worked for a number of top companies including IQVIA and Nicholas Hall & Company. During her career, she has also led fast-growing businesses as general manager in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific as well as global roles in marketing, strategic planning, and technology, while also developing successful businesses from scratch in Latin America and Asia Pacific.

Nieto’s arrival significantly boosts that expertise as demand for Chaucer’s services from the life sciences sector spikes. As Consumer Health Consulting Lead, Nieto will now put that experience to work alongside Head of Life Sciences, Michael Whitworth, as they look to increase the capabilities of the team.

Michael Whitworth said of her arrival, “We are delighted to welcome Francine. She has led teams across multiple geographies and brings with her a wealth of clinical and commercial experience within healthcare companies.”

The news comes shortly after it was announced that Chaucer had closed the purchase of London based boutique Anagram Consulting. The consulting boutique specialises in digital and technology strategy, customer transformation and digital product development across five main sectors: consumer and retail, energy and utilities, media and telecom, financial services, and life sciences.
