Duff & Phelps launches interim executive solutions service
Professional services firm Duff & Phelps has announced the launch of a new interim executive matchmaking service. With an average turnaround of 48 hours for presenting interim executives, Duff & Phelps’ clients will be able to call upon skilled and immediately available professionals to swiftly fill any urgent skill gaps they may currently be facing.
During a period of transition, crisis or change within an organisation, when a leading executive exits the firm, a permanent role may be unnecessary or impossible to find on short notice. Without someone to fill the roll, the crisis the firm may be facing will quickly deepen. Helping solve this issue in the short term, interim management is the temporary provision of management resources and skills, which sees the short-term assignment of a proven interim executive manager to manage an organisation through tough times.
