Strategic Workforce Planning congress
Even in 2015, the effective application of Workforce Planning, HR Analytics and Predictive Analysis remains challenging for many organisations. To provide Talent Managers, Recruitment Professionals, Personnel Planners and other HR related Managers with new insights in the new HR challenges, the first ‘Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Analytics Seminar’ was launched last year.

Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Analytics

This year’s edition of the event takes place in the Radisson-Blu Royal Hotel in Brussels on the 28th and 29th of May and is organised by Icon Group Innovations. The meeting is intended to bring together Directors and Managers in the field of HR, personnel planning, talent management, recruitment and organisation development. Over a period of two days, the participants will learn how to, on a strategic level, approach talent management questions and how the clever analysis of mountains of big data – HR analytics – can help improve HR-strategies.

Consulting firms
Just like last year, a diverse group of consulting firms are contributing to the HR-event. Hay Group, a consultancy firm with more than 4,000 employees worldwide, will act as Gold Chairmanship Partner of the event. Representing the firm, Eric Pelletier, Global Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, will open the event and give a workshop, titled: ‘The Bagel Effect - the Impact of digitisation on work and jobs’. For HR and pensions advisor Mercer, Julia Howes, Workforce Planning & Analytics Lead Europe, will give a workshop titled ‘An Introduction to Strategic Workforce Planning’.

Accounting and advice firm EY will also provide content to the event: Simon Constance, Director of HR Advisory, and Ralph Keuthan, Director of Workforce Modelling & Analytics Lead, will jointly hold a presentation over the changing relationship between the CHRO & CFO. Finally, Bright & Company, a Dutch consultancy firm aimed at strategic Human Resource questions, has joined the event as a Support Partner.
