Four consulting firms win NOA Professional Award

Capita, CGI, Cognizant and TCS have been recognised for their excellent performance as outsourcing providers during the NOA’s Professional Awards. The four firms were among the six consulting firms that were shortlisted for the Awards.

NOA Professional Awards
The NOA Professional Awards is an awards ceremony, organised by the National Outsourcing Association (NOA), that celebrates outstanding excellence in the outsourcing sector and recognises individuals, teams and companies in the UK “who do their utmost to make outsourcing work, and celebrate their talents.” The awards are divided into 13 categories including, Rising Star of the Year, Manager of the Year, Strategic Leader of the Year, Award for Professional Development, Award for Excellence in IT Delivery, Award for Excellence in Outsourced Customer Service, Best Offshore Team, and Best Shared Services Team.

The third edition of the Awards took place on Thursday 21st May at the Emirates Stadium.

Consulting firms
Among the dozens of shortlisted finalists, six consulting firms were to be found, of which four have been able to secure an award. An overview of the winners and their awards:

- Capita: Award for Skills Development Programme of the Year
- CGI: Award for Best Shared Services Team
- Cognizant: Award for Excellence in IT Delivery
- TCS (together with National Grid): Award for Excellence in FAO

Commenting on the evening, Kerry Hallard, CEO of NOA, says: “Now in its third year the NOA’s Professional Awards bought together 200 members of the outsourcing industry. It was an outstanding event highlighting the best in outsourcing.
