Top 10 succession planning consultants in Singapore

Consulting firms Hay Group, Mercer, Towers Watson and McKinsey & Company are among the top 10 succession planning consultants for HR and C-suite professionals in Singapore. The list is part of the annual Vendors of the Year ranking that celebrates the preferred vendors, service providers and consultants in Singapore published by Human Resources magazine.

Vendors of the Year
The Vendors of the Year is the annual ranking published by Human Resources Online magazine that lists the “most preferred vendors, service providers and consultants chosen by HR and C-suite professionals to recruit, manage and develop talent in Singapore.” The list is compiled from the HR Trends Survey that is conducted by Lighthouse Research.*

For the 2014 ranking, which represents the ninth edition, more than 125 companies were highlighted as the preferred vendors across 17 categories, including recruitment, employee healthcare, compensation & benefits, relocation, training venues, payroll, and training.

Best succession planning consultants
The best succession planning consultants category recognises the consulting firms that showed the best ability to develop succession planning for their clients. “These consultants were voted for because of their ability to be flexible and collaborative, as well as develop the right kind of succession plan to allow organisations in Singapore to meet all their current and future business needs, ensuring leaders can be efficiently transitioned and are business-ready when the time comes,” comments Rebecca Lewis, Editor of Human Resources magazine.
