Argon & Co strengthens US supply chain capability with Scott Sheldon deal
Bridgepoint-backed global management consultancy Argon & Co has partnered with boutique consultancy Scott Sheldon to strengthen its US offering. This will allow Argon & Co to better assist its North American clients.
Argon & Co has approximately 850 consultants and staff offices in 13 countries more than doubling in size since the firm launched its growth strategy in 2020. In the UK, its team is around 100-people strong and operates out of London – but in recent years, it has seen strong growth in key sectors such as life sciences and food and drink.
The growth has been buoyed by a number of deals, including the acquisition of Ayming, Pebble, and German consultancy Algol. Now, as Argon & Co looks to expand across North America, it has also been joined by US-based Scott Sheldon.
Jean-François Laget, group managing director of Argon & Co, commented, “North America is a key growth market for Argon & Co and partnerships like this enhance our ability to deliver large-scale supply chain transformations for businesses across the country. The Scott Sheldon team brings a wealth of technology deployment skills that will help us open up more opportunities for our clients, our team and our partners.”
The combination is supported by Argon & Co’s investment partner Bridgepoint, which has backed the company’s growth since 2025 via Bridgepoint Development Capital, a lower middle-market fund focused on supporting fast-growing businesses across Europe.
Scott Sheldon is a global boutique consultancy whose expert team works closely with clients in a variety of industries to optimise their supply chain operations. The company has over 20 years of experience across the US and Europe and a proven track record of delivering results in complex supply chain advisory, digital system implementation and operational readiness projects.
According to a release from the firms, the move brings together Argon & Co’s strategic advisory depth with Scott Sheldon’s proven technology deployment and enablement expertise. Clients will now “have a clear, end-to-end path from strategy definition through to implementation and sustained impact”, with Scott Sheldon forming a “key part of Argon & Co’s systems integration team”, NEOS by Argon & Co.
Scott Spyker, CEO and founder of Scott Sheldon, added, “Joining Argon & Co represents the next logical step in our growth and strengthens how we support our customers globally. With access to a broader team and greater scale, we’re better positioned to help clients navigate increasing complexity across their supply chains.”
