Q5 has welcomed Liz Hirst as an associate partner. She brings deep expertise supporting clients to improve their organisational performance through culture change, leadership development, operating model design and organisation design.

Commenting on her appointment, Hirst said, “I’m thrilled to be joining Q5 at such an exciting time for the firm. Q5 has a strong reputation for combining deep organisational expertise with a genuinely human approach to transformation – something that I feel really passionately about. I’m looking forward to working with clients and colleagues to help organisations create clarity, alignment and momentum around what really matters to enhance performance.”

Hirst is a highly experienced consulting leader with 18 years’ experience delivering complex transformation programmes across a wide range of industries. She joins Q5 from Wharton Business Consulting, where she led the organisation design practice.
