Skarbek promotes Lucy Hopkins to client delivery manager

Skarbek has effective this month promoted Lucy Hopkins to client delivery manager.

Lucy Hopkins has been with the strategy execution specialist since 2023, focusing on projects in the areas of organisation design, process optimisation, operating model design, delivery excellence, business transformation and change management.

Since her arrival, Hopkins has supported leading brands across the luxury, beauty and fast-moving consumer goods industries with enhancing their organisational alignment and driving long-term value. She also has experience with innovation, having helped clients strengthen their innovation capabilities and ways of working to help teams streamline and scale their innovation endeavours.

During that work, she has played a key role in delivering a wide range of high-profile client projects. That has included driving innovation through Skarbek’s ‘Innovation Fitness Index’, and introducing "new competitive capabilities, and building strong strategic partnerships", according to a release from the firm.
