Richard Hinwood joins Skarbek to boost leadership advisory expertise

Professional services firm Skarbek has appointed Richard Hinwood as a consultant. He joins as the firm looks to boost its leadership and capacity building offering.

Founded in 2012, Skarbek is an award-winning consulting firm with over 50 consultants and associates. The firm, led by Toni Marshall, helps UK and international organisations across consumer goods, consumer health, pharma, cosmetics, and luxury.

Hinwood brings almost two decades of expertise to the firm, having previously held senior roles with Withersworldwide and Abdul Latif Jameel. Most recently, Hinwood was CEO of Enriched Leadership, a boutique leadership consultancy working with Boards, C-Suite leaders, leadership teams, and HR professionals to embed leadership capability across individual, collective, and organisational levels. He will maintain this position alongside his duties at Skarbek.

“Skarbek’s focus is on helping organisations turn ambitious strategies into real-world results,” Hinwood noted in a LinkedIn post announcing his new position. “Their work is practical, hands-on, and outcome-focused, helping clients make the complex simple and ensure that strategic priorities are implemented effectively.”

As a “Key Consultant” at Skarbek, he added that his contribution to the firm will “sit across leadership advisory, transformation and change management, operating effectiveness, and people and capability building.”
