Leonard Curtis opens 30th UK office in Thames Valley
Professional services group Leonard Curtis has confirmed the opening of its Thames Valley office. The firm’s 30th office will be led by restructuring and insolvency director Dane O’Hara.
Celebrating its 30th year in business, Manchester-headquartered Leonard Curtis is one of UK’s largest restructuring consultancies. The consulting firm offers SMEs and corporates in distressed situations a range of restructuring, legal, funding and business services.
As it looks to build on that for its next decade, Leonard Curtis has announced the opening of its 30th location in the UK. The prestigious location of The Blade in Reading is strategically placed to serve clients across the South East as the group continues to expand.
The Thames Valley office will serve as an entry point to its wider UK and offshore multi-disciplinary professional services team, also providing expertise in funding, legal, business services and M&A advisory. The presence will be headed up by Dane O’Hara – who brings more than 17 years of experience to the role.
Head of London and South East at Leonard Curtis, Alex Cadwallader, said, “The Thames Valley has developed into a key business hub in the South so opening an office here is a natural step for us. O’Hara is also one of a small number of insolvency practitioners with special administration expertise. His handling of multiple complex assignments is a specialism the business is keen to grow, as in recent years he has built a reputation for providing excellent support to the clients of many local accountants, law firms, funders and business advisers.
