Top Consulting Firms in the UK ranking for 2025 launches
Global consulting platform Consultancy.org has launched its 2025 ‘Top Consulting Firms in the UK’ ranking. More than 1,400 firms across Britain were assessed for the list’s third edition.
The UK economy is home to thousands of consulting firms, from the world’s best-known brands to boutiques and small niche players. With so many consultancies active in the market, it can be difficult for organisations looking for external expertise – or prospective employees looking for a new challenge – to determine which firm is right for them.
The ‘Top Consulting Firms in the UK’ ranking showcases the industry’s leading players, featuring firms which have built a reputation as the most trusted, expert and influential providers in the UK. Top listed firms are presented in more than 60 areas of expertise and industry verticals, and are sorted across five levels: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
To distinguish the leaders from the rest, Consultancy.uk conducted an industry-wide and holistic assessment of capabilities and track record. The 2025 edition was based on a survey of clients (800+ clients) and consultants (3,000 consultant peer reviews), and a capabilities assessment that included factors such as firm reputation, projects, analyst benchmarks, industry recognitions, and thought leadership.
The UK assessment was enriched and complemented by Consultancy.org’s extensive global database of industry insights, which currently spans over 19,000 reviews from clients and consultants by firm/sector/function, and hundreds of thousands of data points on the footprint and portfolio of consulting firms.
