Arrowpoint Advisory brings in Shahbaz Qasim to lead Manchester business

Arrowpoint Advisory has announced plans to establish a team in Manchester, bringing in Shahbaz Qasim from PwC to lead the drive.

A business of Rothschild & Co, Arrowpoint Advisory is one of the UK’s leading M&A advisors to mid-market companies and investors. The London-based firm, which has around 60 staff, has been advising on deals in the Manchester region for over three decades, and is now setting up a dedicated region-focused team in Manchester to gain closer proximity with its clients.

Leading the new office is Shahbaz Qasim, who joins from PwC in Manchester, where he worked in its Corporate Finance business. He has extensive experience as an advisor in the technology space and a successful track record of advising entrepreneurs, company shareholders and private equity investors throughout the North West. Earlier in his career, he served Clearwater and PwC in his first spell at the firm.
