KR8 Advisory launches in Manchester and London

A team of experienced restructuring advisors has launched a new consulting firm, with offices in Manchester and London. KR8 Advisory will be led by eight managing directors, supported by an experienced team of turnaround professionals.

Prior to the launch of KR8 Advisory, the team worked together for over a decade within the restructuring division of financial services business Duff & Phelps – which has since been absorbed into the global Kroll network. During their time there, the team led the growth of the largest restructuring team within the North West.

With extensive expertise across accounting, finance, banking, industry and real estate, the practice can offer strategic and commercial advice to corporates, lenders, sponsors and other key stakeholders throughout the UK. Looking ahead, KR8 Advisory hopes to expand into other UK cities with these services – something boosted by its new partnership.

The KR8 Advisory practice has joined multi-disciplinary professional services network K3 Capital Group. Sitting in its restructuring division – one of four divisions, which also comprise business sales, tax and transaction services and technology solutions – the move will help take advantage of the financial landscape in which KR8 Advisory “sees an opportunity to offer innovative solutions where clients need them most.”
