MIGSO-PCUBED scoops trio of wins at APM Awards

MIGSO-PCUBED triumphed at the 2024 Association for Project Management Awards with three awards. The firm took home prizes for innovation in project management, the technology project of the year, and company of the year.
The Association for Project Management (APM) is the chartered body for the project profession, with over 45,000 individual members and more than 400 organisations participating in their Corporate Partnership Programme. Every year, the UK’s association for project management professionals hosts an awards ceremony to recognise and celebrate project teams, individuals and projects from a broad range of sectors over the past 12 months.
In the 2024 ceremony, hosted in December, the APM selected management consultancy MIGSO-PCUBED as one of the leaders in its field, with three big wins for the firm. MIGSO-PCUBED is a global advisory firm dedicated to project, program, portfolio, and change management, and has consistently placed in APM’s awards, having been finalists in 2022 and 2023 – but this time around, they went a step further, and beyond.
First, the firm picked up the prize for technology project of the year – for its efforts with Greyfly.ai. Then, the firm also triumphed in the innovation in project management category, for its work with the DHL. According to the firm, both wins recognised MIGSO-PCUBED’s submission to the APM, highlighting the firm’s intelligent project prediction model, which “showcases a cutting-edge approach to delivering impactful, tech-enabled solutions”.
To put an extra layer of gloss on the firm’s night, the consultancy then earned victory in the highly competitive category of company of the year. In the process, MIGSO-PCUBED received “high praise from the judging panel for its thoughtful and inspiring submission”, which was recognised as showcasing “dedication to providing continuous opportunities for development and leadership, alongside its commitment to sharing best practices across the industry”.
A statement on the company’s website added, “The panel highlighted MP’s consistent ability to exceed professional standards, its innovative staff awards system rooted in core values, and the company’s hub network, which enhances operational agility across diverse geographic and demographic audiences.”
Established in 2019 the UK through the merger between UK-based PCUBED and France-based MI-GSO, MIGSO-PCUBED is a global consultancy dedicated to project, program, portfolio, and change management. The firm works with clients across the aeronautics, defence, automotive, transport, and financial services, energy, and government sectors. In 2024, the firm also announced the launch of a new Midlands hub in Birmingham, pledging to create 100 jobs in the area.
