Peter Heit named new chief financial officer at Efficio
Efficio has announced Peter Heit’s promotion to Chief Financial Officer. He takes over from Richard McBride, who is now a non-executive board director.

Heit takes on the role from Richard McBride, who is moving on to serve as a non-executive board director. Heit had previously worked with McBride to transform the company’s financial and operational advancements, during which time they established a robust and scalable finance infrastructure that supports the business’s rapid growth in line with its strategic goals.
Efficio has since strengthened its governance framework, financial controls, and reporting, supporting more informed decision-making. Most recently, Heit led a strategic refinancing transaction to back our double-digit growth trajectory – and his promotion ensures both continuity and new ideas in the CFO function.
In particular, Heit’s remit will expand to include oversight of Efficio’s IT, legal, and operations functions, where he fosters cross-functional collaboration to strengthen our business services. His promotion also comes at a pivotal moment as Efficio looks to meet new growth goals, respond to recent technology trends, and deepen its expertise to support its clients worldwide.
