4most selects Philippa Milner-Jones as client partner
Specialist analytics and risk management consultancy 4most has expanded its senior team by appointing Philippa Milner-Jones as a Client Partner in the London office. She will focus on helping clients to navigate regulations using data and analytics.

Founded in 2011, 4most is a specialist analytics consultancy that champions its people above all else. Specialising in credit risk, insurance, data, and market risk, the firm hosts 300 experts across six offices in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. According to McDowell, the firm remains “dedicated to delivering a best-in-class service” for all its clients, and this appointment is a reflection of the company “continuing to invest strategically to drive our expansion to new heights.”
Milner-Jones joins the senior team as a dedicated client partner in the London office. She was most recently with Lloyds Banking Group, where she held various leadership roles within the risk division. Latterly this saw her work as the director of decision science with responsibility for the development and management of the bank’s suite of credit risk scorecards and regulatory models. Earlier in her career, Milner-Jones also worked as head of decision science at Barclays, specialising in risk, credit risk and modelling.
According to Milner-Jones, she was attracted to 4most by the company’s culture, with its “people-first approach – with both colleagues and clients” making for strong relationships are forged from the outset. Looking ahead, she will leverage her extensive industry experience to provide strategic guidance to clients across 4most’s client base, championing the use of advanced data and analytics to drive large scale transformation and growth strategies in banking and insurance.
Speaking on her appointment, Milner-Jones added, “I have witnessed huge changes in the financial services industry over the years – from the 2008 crisis to the implementation of Basel II, IFRS9 and CRD IV – which have placed modelling and risk management at the heart of banking.
