4most establishes Advisory Board and appoints inaugural members

4most, an international analytics and risk consultancy, has established an Advisory Board to provide external and executive perspectives on the firm’s growth journey and future evolution.

The new Board will provide strategic guidance to support 4most’s growth and international expansion, offering an independent outside-in perspective on emerging market trends, evolving client needs and future opportunities. Its insights will help shape the firm’s strategy, strengthen client relationships and support sustainable long-term growth.

Founded in 2011, 4most has evolved from a UK-based consultancy into an international business with seven offices across the UK, Europe, India and the UAE, serving many of the world’s leading financial institutions. In the years ahead, the consulting firm remains focused on expanding its capabilities, deepening its international footprint and supporting clients across the financial services sector.

Appointed to the Advisory Board are Dai Bedford (Chair), Jonathan Baum, Neil Freshwater, Peter Schurau and John Macdonald. They are experienced executives from banking, insurance, technology and consulting, and bring decades of experience from organisations including EY, Lloyds Banking Group, Zurich, Capco and IBM. Their expertise spans credit risk, prudential risk, regulatory governance, international growth, consulting and AI-enabled transformation.

Rob McDowell, Chief Executive Officer of 4most, said: “Attracting individuals of this calibre to our Advisory Board is a strong endorsement of the business we have built and our ambitions for the future. We are delighted to welcome them to 4most and look forward to drawing on their experience and insight as we continue to grow and evolve.”

Commenting on the new governance structure, Bedford said: “The financial services sector continues to evolve at pace, creating both challenges and opportunities for organisations. I look forward to working with the board and leadership team to help 4most navigate that landscape and realise its ambitions in the years ahead.”
