Q5 wins three awards from Great Place to Work
Professional services firm Q5 has received three awards from Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture. Q5 was named as one of the UK’s top employers for development, along with being a leading workplace for women, and for wellbeing.
Q5 is a global consultancy, which partners with leaders around the world. It has presences in Europe, North America, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific, as well as offices in London, Leeds, and Cardiff, and 175 UK-based staff.
In recent times, it has been lauded as being one of the nation’s best workplaces. Earlier in the year, Q5 was picked as a Great Place To Work In The UK – scoring highly on topics including company culture, reward & recognition, wellbeing and people development, quality of leadership, diversity & inclusion, and more. Now, Great Place To Work has named Q5 in three more specific lists of a similar nature.
Global authority on workplace culture Great Place to Work found that Q5 was also a top workplace for development, women and wellbeing. Q5 was praised for offering employees the opportunity to upskill and progress, along with demonstrating the understanding that development is not a one size fits all approach.

These include the Women’s Health Network, and internal panel discussions on topics like menopause, returning to work after having a child, fertility, and endometriosis, which are educational for both men and women.
