Vikrant Sood and Kelly Archer made partners by 4C Associates
4C Associates has strengthened its public sector practice with two new partners: Vikrant Sood and Kelly Archer.

Kelly Archer brings a wealth of experience to 4C Associates, having held leadership roles that span consulting, health, policing, and education. Her career highlights include successful engagements with leading businesses including British Transport Police, Ministry of Justice, Serco, Vanquis Banking Group, and the John Lewis Partnership, where she delivered significant operational efficiencies and managed complex change projects. In her new role with 4C, Archer will leverage her expertise to drive transformation and innovation within 4C’s public sector practice.

Vikrant Sood meanwhile brings Big Four experience and a strong transportation industry background to the firm. A former Deloitte senior manager, he has also worked at PA Consulting and Prokura, accruing skills for leadership in financial and operational transformations, particularly in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
