“Our public sector practice partners with government, public services, and regulated organisations to solve their most important problems, and I’m proud that it is led by someone who truly understands their challenges and has the drive to resolve them. I’m delighted to see Darren step up into his new role and I look forward to strengthening our capabilities in delivering effective public services aligned to the changing needs and circumstances of the population,” said Jeremy Smith, managing director at 4C.

Blackburn, who joined 4C in 2022, said of his promotion, “I’m delighted to join the leadership team of an organisation that partners with the public sector to solve their most important problems and plays an active part of making a sustainable impact. I believe that together we can better understand and address the most pressing societal needs, and subsequently improve public services.”
