Airwalk Reply recognised as one of UK’s best workplaces in tech

As consulting firms continue to prove their credentials as top employers, Airwalk Reply has been named one of the UK’s leading workplaces in the technology sector.

For more than four decades, the Great Place To Work Institute has been polling employees on the practices of employers. Thousands of organisations are included in the institute’s assessments, with input from staff collected to reveal best practice employment practices among businesses around the world.

The Great Place To Work Institute has also had to add new categories for lines of work which have flourished in recent years. Now in its sixth year, the Best Workplaces in Tech list celebrates companies adept at developing dynamic, collaborative cultures that serve as a catalyst for innovation and personal growth for all.

This year’s list for the tech sector has recognised Airwalk Reply among the list of organisations in the small and medium size category. To see it place on the list, Airwalk Reply’s employees anonymously scored the company highly for fair treatment and inclusion, personal development, opportunities for special recognition, fair payment, and a positive external reputation. Anonymous feedback includes “everyone is treated as an individual - no one is a number” and “the management team want to do the right thing”.
