Airwalk Reply named one of UK’s top employers by Great Place To Work
For the fourth year in a row, Airwalk Reply has been named one of the UK’s top companies to work for in an independent benchmark by Great Place To Work.
With around 130 staff working from five offices across the UK, Airwalk Reply is one of the UK’s larger independent IT and business consultancies. The firm specialises in the design and delivery of IT-based services and solutions, offering multidisciplinary expertise in areas such as technology strategy, architecture, service design, engineering and security, alongside delivery capability and industry knowhow.
Hot on the heels of being named a leading consulting firm by the Financial Times, Airwalk Reply has now also bagged an award for its excellence in building a great workplace and culture.
In the Great Place To Work assessment, Airwalk Reply outperformed the benchmark’s criteria on several fronts, with overall 82% of employees stating that they consider Airwalk Reply a great place to work, compared to 54% of employees at a typical UK-based company.
Employee survey results further highlighted Airwalk Reply’s supportive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
