UK-headquartered Brighter Consultancy has continued a period of growth and change, with the appointment of a new chair. Simon Davis will now lead the firm’s board, as it looks to expand the business further.

Brighter Consultancy founder and CEO Dean Manning commented, "We believe this is a great hire. We have worked with Simon for a number of years, and are really excited that he has agreed to join us at this stage of our growth and development. We look forward to continuing to deliver for our clients as we grow the business."

Founded in 2017, UK-headquartered Brighter is a cross-industry professional services firm, offering change and technology advisory work to clients around the world. Davis previously engaged Brighter for support in a major corporate project, while he was the CEO of a global payments business – something which he says showed him how it was “positively differential to other major consultancy businesses”.

As the chair of Brighter, Davis will lead the firm’s board, ensuring it focuses on delivering great outcomes for its clients, while building on its excellent reputation in the market for outstanding execution and service. A statement from the firm added that the firm hoped his “capability, insight and value” will help Brighter “continue to develop service offerings and achieve growth ambitions.”

The news follows Brighter’s announcement that it has expanded into Ireland. The firm’s new office in Dublin will enhancing the firm’s current risk, actuarial, financial and technology service offerings, helping expand the firm’s international reach. As well as providing solutions to new customers, this also offers up fresh opportunities to existing customers, too.
